And also on the Labor ETA750 form, this is the MINIMUM requirement. So, after the labor is approved, can this I-140 be filed in EB2?

On the I-140 cover letter, must we say "at least B.S. + 5 years experience" and also "master degree prefered" to be accepted as EB2?
