Very good info. I have one more question. I am currently on H-1B and already have EAD/AP. My 485 is pending. I heard that I should stick to H-1B because I would lose status immediately if I used EAD and my 485 were denied. Here’s my question. If I come back to the US with AP, does this mean that I automatically change my status from H-1B to EAD? Thanks a million.
