I-140 REF

I have a question, I got RFE from USCIS regarding with my I-140. I did filed with premium services. now, my lawyer sent the evidence back on last friday. I would like to know how long for USCIS to process my I-140? is that still consider premium services?
anyone had the same experience, please share.
