回复：I-140 Premium Filing

if i were filing EB2, there is not need to use PP. Because there is not risk to be denialed in 140 (unless your lawyer crumble it). The bottleneck is 485, not 140.

if I were filing NIW or EB1, there are always risks not to get approved in 140. Why using PP to get unecessary RFE?
