485 收到 RFE

请问我的485 收到 RFE， 要我提供从2001年7月起至现在的有合法身份的证明，我才想起来从2001年7月被layoff(was H1B at that time) 到2001年10月才又在新公司办的H1B， 请问会不会因为这三个月不给GC？
