don't understand your question. what do you mean "代替 Work Experienc".? if you have worked,or you are working, you can ask your boss/supervisor write a reference letter, then you send the original letter to CIC, that's all... no matter where your employers are located..(letters should be in English or French, otherwide, they shuld be certified, that's troublesome
