--------仍然可以到local office, local office will send a request to USCIS service center (for exsample TSC or NSC) . After then, you will receive your regular EAD withen 10 days.
2. 好象听说今年10月起local office 不管EAD了
---------Not really. Only不管临时的EAD了.
