Special Case of 485 based on NIW

Because of ignorance, I ted my 485 (NIW based) before the PD is current. But they did process my 485/765. It may not work for you, but this may give your some additional information.

NIW 140--RD 2/2/2006, RFE, 3/15/2006, responded 5/24/2006, AD: 6/13/2006.

485/765-- RD: 8/25/2006, FP(code 3) 9/12/2006, RFE: 10/27/2006, responded: 11/6/2006, LUD: 11/07/2006, nothing else after that.

EAD AD 9/15/2006, received few days later.
