HELP PLEASE :父母延期证明丢失, 无法再次申请签证,

父母曾于2001年5月来美,延期过半年. 2003年6月又来美半年. 2004年又第三次来,延期过半年.我们想让他们再来.被拒.未带延期证明.老两口回去找到了第三次来的延期,可第一次来的延期没有找到.我们有他们第一次来的I94复印件, 不知道有没有办法从INS再要到延期证明. 多谢.
