Notify Employer

Dear All,

I am now in H1B1 and applied to transfer to F1 status in Spring 2007.

Will USCIS notify my current employer immediately when they approve my case? Or I notify my employer when I receive my approval notice.

It looks like in either case, there is no way to give my employer two weeks notice.
