请教小白兔和其他大侠,关于140的,我怎么办? 可以和Local Office谈谈

I filed my I-140 petition conccurently with I-485 (EB2-NIW)to CSC in last Sept with the Recd date of 9-27-5 (CSC).

My case was transfered to TSC on 3/22/06 and the Recd Notice is 3/29/06. I-140 is still pending now. I called the costumer service for a couple of times, and I got a confirmation number.

My situation is: my appetition has been absolutely outside the processing time (5/16/06, posted on 11/17/06). The LUD is 10/22/06 with the content "The I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER that was transferred to our TEXAS SERVICE CENTER location is now pending there. "

Based on the policy of USCIS, my application has been pending one years and 2 more months (original filing) or about 250 days pending (after transferring to TSC).
