我的结婚绿卡(临时)将于2007年10月过期。

我看见INS 的网上说90 days immediately before the second anniversary when you accorded condiational status 提交
I-751，申请永久绿卡。

请问是指我要在7月到10月之间提交还是指要在7月以前交？
