TORONTO 签证预约问题

我有个问题关于到TORONTO第三国签美国签证的问题. 当在网上预约时, 我能选择INTERVIEW的特定时间和日期吗, 比如说我想11月2日的上午11点? 还是我只能选择日期, 不能选择特定时间. 我怕预约时它随便扔给我一个时间. 如果有谁最近去TORONTO签过, 能介绍以下经历吗? 非常感谢.
