请问F1 - > OPT - > H1期间申请NIW 140的影响

我明年四/五月份博士毕业，然后打算去另外一个高校作博士后，现在是F1身份，我打算明年一月份开始递交NIW的140申请，请问在140 pending或approved后，我从F1申请OPT然后很快转为学校的H1签证，这期间有没有什么限制或注意事项？谢谢回复
