已经发过多贴，告知要同时通知KY和处理案子的service center

800电话和AR-11都是通知KY的，还要写信通知NSC或TSC，没有通知那边当然不行，最后案子处理到I-485时，没有指纹就处理不下去，如果是RFE寄到原来地址，你不回应案子就拒了
