ETA750中工资和实际工资不同有问题吗？

我办理的是RIR方式的劳工卡。公司律师在给我填写的ETA750中， 第12项（RATE OF PAY）比我的实际工资高。律师给我的解释是劳工卡处理时我的工资达到所填的水平就可以。
请问是这样吗？会有麻烦吗？
