我想知道,一般说来,EB2办绿卡要多久?我一个朋友都5年了,还只有回乡证而已.EB3我想,恐怕得有个8,9 年,所以我想放弃了,想先去加拿大拿个身份再说.有没有谁知道办EB3拿绿卡到底要多久?多谢多谢.
