Need Advice! Where should I file form I-485

In my recent employment-based I-140 approval notice "A copy of this notice should be ted with the application, with appropriate fee, to this service center (TSC)" but according to the instructions for persons filing form I-485 (effective April 1, 2005) "File all employment-based adjustment of status applications at the following address:" NSC

I am lost and I have no idea where to file my I-485, any advice?
