Of course my case is stuck in so-called "name check" but I heard that's nothing to do with fingerprint. I'm confused 'cuz if USCIS knows my "name check" is still pending, they shouldn't say "fingerprint review completed" 'cuz it's possible I may need more fingerprint as long as "name check" keeps pending.

Could anyone offer educated advice? Thanks.
