Hi,

I saw your posts and you seem to be very anxious. I was in the same situation as you few days ago. So, I understand you very much.
Based on the information from your posts, I would guess your NC has been cleared. Usually, when you inquiry a case and case is pending on NC, USCIS would tell you the case is pending on NC because it is very solid execuse for them why your case is not approved.
Assuming your NC is cleared, you can contact the congressman in your district, use your zip to search in congressman website. I am not sure, but I feel it may have helped in my case.
This is based on my experience and is not necessarily right. But I hope it will easy your anxious mind a little bit.
