I485 status confusion - advice needed

I'm EB2 with I485 pending for almost one yr and a half. Early this month I had 2nd fingerprint. Right now USCIS's website shows current status is "Fingerprints review completed."

What does that mean? It suggests GC is near or meaningless. Thanks for your advice.
