No, I didn't check any consulate process in my 485 form either.

So, this is not a generic note on normal I-140 approval notice? ... what on earth is wrong with it?

Then, what about the 485 receipt notice? Everything seems to be moving along like normal. But this note really makes me worried something is going wrong somewhere ...
