我可以file WOM 吗

PD current
NC wait for more than 1 year
在485 180天后换过工作。（H1B transffered and similar type of job)

请问我这样的情况可以file WOM 吗？有人在换工作后还sue过USCIS或FBI吗？ Is the
risk big ?
