Martin, thank you very much for your kind reply. I'm sorry I have new question. My hu*****and changed his H1B status to H4 in US consulate in China, which means he left USA. So according to your previous answer, he is not qualified for H1B transfer, which means he has to find some company to sponsor him for a brand new H1b. Is my understanding correct?
