Why answer 180 days rule of I-485?

If applying NIW, general it doesn't matter if you apply 140 now. But it is also possibliblity that your I140 will be delay since your job changes and your qualification changes. You will have more chances to get REF.

If applying I140 based on EB2, this I140 is useless even it got approved.
