NIW vs EB recomm letter

Have a question need some help from you guys:

I have submitted outstanding research application, now I want to submitted NIW by myself. I will ask recommendation letters from same professors and I wonder can the letter be very much the same as the previous one they write for me or has to be totally different, will the INS officer compare those two cases?

Anyone has applied NIW and EB1 at the same time, how you prepared the letters from same professor?
