1。她已经再美国有一个Master， 统计，到college读computer 方面的associate degree 转F1 USCIS会给批准吗？

2。如果我H1 万一需要转成F2，以后在申请H1占不占名额？ H1的六年期限怎么算？
From the first H1b's date to be count within 6 years, and no leaving US, you can get it without quote.
