非常感谢,你说的I-140申请中工作性质分类属于同一分类号的工作,这个范围非常广,那换起工作就容易多,比如生物医学研究,19-1020 Biological Scientists下面有
19-1021 Biochemists and Biophysicists
19-1022 Microbiologists
19-1023 Zoologists and Wildlife Biologists
19-1029 Biological Scientists, All Other
我是自己申请NIW,当时选择的是最后19-1029,那意思是可以在19-1020这个大范围内换,那就不存在具体领域问题.如果真是这样,那可是大放心去找工作了.
