有Vermont center, H1 received date 5/23/2006 Still pending 的吗?

各位大虾好,
递上去的H1还没有消息, 现有的H4 到 12/1/2006 就到期了. 是在12/1/2006
之前赶快递上H4 延期哪? 还是H1 有Grace Time, 到时再延?
