Xiaobaitu and Radiology, please help with portability questions.

Xiaobaitu, Radiology and other friends,
I-140 was approved and 485 case was pending for 2 years and was transfered to local office.
There is a job opportunity in the same profession. Plan to change job using EAD. Want notify USCIS about the job change. Is there anything to be cautious with? Should I notify both the processing center (where I-485 was originally ted) and the local office (where the case is pending)?
