I told both the attorney and the company to stop proceeding before the petition is ted. It's understandable to pay for the work they have done. But I didn't sign any agreement with the attorney,actually partialy because the attorney's lousy work that I changed my mind. I think I should directly deal with the comapny instead of the attorney. What you think? Can I request a copy of the agreement, the payment receipt, and the complteted copy of the document they prepared for me? I suspect that have done anything so far on my case.
