请问小白兔和各位高手, Please tell me this is approval notice

Last week, I got email notice as follows:

"On November 13,2006, the documents based on approval or registration of this case was mailed to you directly.."

Two days ago, it was renewed as follows:

Current Status: Document OTHER THAN CARD manufactured and mailed.

On November 13, 2006, we mailed the document we manufactured based on our earlier approval of this case, and mailed it to the address on we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service.

I also got a letter to take fingerprint last week, which was mailed on 10/30. My last fingerprint was done in last July.
These messages make me confused. I called USCIS. But the female rep did not give me positive answer because she only repeated the above info and did not explain it. She said that I will know the details when I get the mail.

Please help me analyze the situation. Thanks ahead.
