I－140(NIW),and I-485 concurrently (Sep.2005);Fingerprint,Nov,2005; I-140 approved 4 months ago; I-485 RFE (request for the employment letter, Sep.,2005).

LUD about my I-485:

1. LUD,Oct. 23,2005, It has shown the USCIS received my response to I-485 RFE.

2. updated LUD, Oct.27,2005, (Please see the note below.)

请教，60天内，我应该能收到我CASE的结果吧？但我的PD 还没到期。（VISA BULLETIN, NIW, April 22，2005）。

On October 23, 2006, we received your response to our request for evidence. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done.
