please help, xiaobatu

I am very worry my son's case. My hau*****end apply G.R on 9, 2005 with EB1 and both me and my hau*****end were approved on July 2006. We also got our G.R on JULy, but my son was rejected at same time. The reason for rejected is parent case was rejected or withdrow. On Aug, 2006, we went to a local office for infopass. The officer told us that Vomont made a mistake in this case and file a serves montion to reopern. Three month past , we haven got any information about my son's case. I check case status almost every day.
What can i do? It is very impotant for my son to get his G.R as soon as posible, because he need be a citizen when he apply colloge. Any suggestion?
