Xaiobaitu, will I get into trouble by using my AP?

My I-485 had pending for more than 1 year and I am using EAD to work. I want to go back china to apply for my H1b. However, if I run into name check problem and need to wait for weeks, I would not wait for it and come back to US without the H1b by using Advance parole. Will I get into any trouble?
