Me, now H1b visa,485-pending.My lawyer said I can work with EAD.My boss is asking me to work with EAD.If I use EAD, my current I-94 will expire. How and when can I get a new I-94? I need valid I-94 for EAD renewal. How to deal with it? Thanks a lot.
