You can do whatever you want to do. But I think it is in violation of the H1 terms as long as you are selling for profit. Selling used personal stuff is OK.
And you might get caught since IRS will check to see if you pay tax on the profit then it might trigger the alarm that you are on H1.
If you pay tax for it then at the time of GC application, the USCIS will ask for your tax return forms and see that you were doing this. It could be trouble.
