能不能申请多个485和EADs

1年多前, 同时申请了Outstanding Researcher 和 Extraordinary 两个140 cases. 485 case 和 EAD 是与 Outstanding Researcher 一起申请的. 现在两个140 cases are still pending. 律师说, EAD will be disqualified if I change job. 现有两个问题:
1. 可不可以再申请一个485 and EAD with my Extraordinary case. 然后用新的EAD 工作? 律师不建议这样, 因为it may confuse CIS when my I485 case is processed.
2. 律师说的是不是对的? Will EAD definately be disqualified if I change job?
