Thank you, Xiaobaitu,

My big concern is if I can use EAD to find another similiar job if current company lays me off or close of business, but my I-140 approval and more than 180 days of 485 pending? My H1B is in 7-th year.

And how about if I-140 and 485 both pending for more than 180 days? Can I-140 PP benefit from here?
