not worth the risk

It's possible that they don't need the additional information any more, but it may not be worth the risk to assume so and not send them anything. You should also be receiving something else "under separate cover." I'd suggest that you go ahead and send in the "additional information" requested.

Keep checking the on-line status to get an update.
