Eb1b今天receipt和RFE一起收到

收到RFE虽然不爽，但也在意料之中，本人材料不是很强。主要是paper少，8封推荐信（其中三封independent）导师是两国院士，属于泰斗级人物，跟我关系也很好。可惜Eb1好想只看真才实料，虽然我的推荐人背景较强（其中有3个是大学系主任），国家实验室，工业界都有，但好像不怎么管用。
不过真的太快了，上周二递上的材料，Premium Process
要求offer letter和formal citation list
Offer letter好办，公司律师自然会准备。
这个formal citation list就不好办了。
本人文章少，citation 就更少
上次就把几个citation自己列了个表。
怎样才算formal？
我的conference的paper的citation根本查不到，但我知道有，因为至少我们组引用过。
我还有篇中文文章，有几个citation，但是是中文，自己翻译？
还有professional data base的收录，怎么算？
