I am so excited to see your encourgement.Wish miracle will happen on me someday soon ! I am will be one my third H-1B visa in Dec 2006 to Dec 2009,which was justed approved.I told our company's paralegals that all my hair will turn ehiyr if I still work under visa until 2009.
