请教各位之二

My LC was just approved and I'm going to file 140. My PD is 08/05. My company has a LC with PD 06/04. I talked with a couple of attorney for substitution. But most of them told me that the substitution is weak because I can not prove the two years experience after my degree (I can get employment letter for two years similar experience before my degree). The bad thing is my company going down and I don't know how long it can last. That makes me very worried. Can anybody give me some suggestion whether I shall file the substitution with I485 anyway in order to get EAD? Thanks.
