请教：part time to full time H1B (Job duties changed)

现在拿的是PART TIME HI1B ( ACCOUNTING)， 拿到一个SALES&MARKETING的FULL TIME的工作。

请问： 1.PART TIME H1B 转FULL TIME 的会有问题么？
2. JOB DUTIES 换了， 申请有难度么?
