请问湾曲哪里有NOTARY SERVICE?

想邀请父母来美探亲, 以前住东部时都是去City Hall做Notary service for I-134 (Affidavit of Support). 刚刚打电话给Sunnyvale City Hall, 回答说他们说不干这事儿, 让我去POST OFFICE 或 UPS. 请问大家, 去POST OFFICE 或 UPS 能给做notary service吗? 你们是去哪里给I-134 做公证的呢?
