急求教:name check至今19个月了, 还未受到第二次finger print的通知

我的name check至今19个月了, 还未受到第二次finger print的通知.都快急死我了,他们会不会把我的file弄丢了呢? 我应该怎么去查寻? 多谢大家帮忙了.
