1..If your hu*****and wants to keep H1B, he needs 必须要重新延期才能继续使用他的H1B身份before the old H1B expired. Jan/2007.
2.You are H4 now, if you do not use you EAD to work and want to keep H4, you need to extend with your hu*****and. If you do not extend, you are still legally, you are AOS.
