H1B transfer, need help-online waiting! thanks a lot!

Just got letter from lawyer, saying she got the confirmation that my H1B transfer documents had been received by USCIS, and she said it is perfect fine I can resign and start working in the new company. My concern is that I think this is not USCIS receipt, anybody has the experience that what the lawyer said is right?
