Not difficult, if you have some firends:
1) ask your fiends to refer you as one reviewer when they their manus

2) ask your supervisors or friends to refer you as a reviewer when they will be invited to review manus and they have no time. Try to think how to tell your boss clearly and politely!

3) I don't think it's good to contact editor directly.
