Please help on my lawsuit 回复：I-485 approved 4 weeks after WOM

Filed lawsuit late last month against Chertoff, FBI director, etc. The judge ordered to dismiss cases against other dependents except Chetorr since the WOM relief can be obtained through Chertoff. I'm required to show cause for not dismissing the cases against other defendents.

Anyone has similar experience? Any suggestion on what I should do?
